Months and years follow the calendar, so adding a month to January 31 lands on the last day of February. Working days count the days you tick (Monday to Friday by default), inclusive of both the start and end date, minus any holidays you add that fall on a working day — so it fits any country's working week. All dates and times are handled in your local timezone, on your device.
