This is a heuristic check, not an antivirus. Finding active content doesn't mean a file is malicious — many legitimate documents use macros, forms, or links. And a clean result can't guarantee safety: cleverly obfuscated or encrypted content may not be detectable this way. When in doubt about a file from an untrusted source, don't enable macros and scan it with a dedicated security tool.
