Randomness comes from your browser's cryptographic generator (crypto.getRandomValues) where available, so results are unbiased. In "Pick from list" you can weight an item by adding a colon and a number after it, like Alice:3. Teams shuffles names and deals them out evenly; Raffle draws one at a time with no repeats. Everything runs on your device.
